She has performed successfully for over 25 years and has achieved the number one spot on The Sunday Times bestsellers list with her books Sane New World: A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled and How to be Human. In 2015, Ruby was awarded an OBE for her services to mental health, and Ruby holds a master’s degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University.
