ME Day Festival

Friday 8th October | 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Enter ME Day – the first ever youth mental health festival of its kind for young adults to get our mental wellbeing back in shape.

This last year was tough for everyone, and especially young people. With remote education, unemployment rates sky high, binging on social and dealing with isolation, we deserve a day for ourselves, we deserve a ME Day.

We’re mixing up revolutionary young leaders, your everyday brands, and your favourite artists with all of the vibes, glitter and food to shake up the mental health space.

What you can expect:

  • Learn about mental wellbeing from industry experts and young leaders including: International speaker Hayley Mulenda, Mental Health Charity Founder Jonny Benjamin MBE, Author Poppy Jamie and more.

  • Jam to the music of London-based talents including: Croydon’s Rapper, Still Shadey, R&B artist Shae’s Universe and Headliner (To Be Announced).

  • Discover wellbeing services that you can tap into, virtually or locally.

  • Treat yourself to Domino’s Pizza and Jimmy’s Iced Coffee to get you going through the day, on the house.

  • Get involved in challenging the mental health stigma as you learn about opportunities you can get involved in, in your area.

  • Network with your favourite brands on the day and enjoy giveaway’s from brands like GiffGaff, Kind, DigIn and more!

Part of the donations raised from this festival will be going to the amazing youth mental health charity, Beyond, to help them carry on supporting the mental wellbeing of students and parents.

Taking place on FRIDAY 8TH OCTOBER with doors opening at 9AM and finishing at 4.30PM, don’t miss out on the first-ever youth mental health festival.

This October, give yourself a ME Day.
